Step 3: Build Communities That Champion Literacy

Changing literacy outcomes takes an entire community.

We partner with schools, civic organizations, businesses, churches, and community leaders to share the impact of daily read-aloud routines and the importance of early literacy. Through presentations and community events, we demonstrate how our program works, why it matters, and how individuals and organizations can help.

These events also provide opportunities to raise the funds needed to place RMASF kits in additional classrooms, allowing more children and families to experience the benefits of reading together every day.
